Overview

NCS2200 シリーズは、業界で初めて 1 ボルト未満を達成した低電力コンパレータ・ファミリです。これらのデバイスが消費する供給電流はわずか 10 A です。これらは、0.85 V の低電圧で動作することが保証されているため、1.0 V 未満の電圧を要求するシステムで使用できますし、最大 6.0 V まで完全に動作するため、3.0 V システムと 5.0 V システムの両方で便利に使えます。その他、オーバードライブ入力に伴う出力位相反転がなく、内部ヒステリシスによりクリーン出力スイッチングが可能で、レール・ツー・レール入力／出力性能などの特徴があります。NCS2200 シリーズは、相補型のオープン・ドレイン出力とさまざまなパッケージで提供されます。SOT-23-5 および SC70-5 パッケージには、2 つの業界標準のピンアウトがあります。NCS2200 は、小型の DFN 2x2.2 パッケージでも提供されます。NCS2200A および NCS2202A は UDFN 1.2x1.0 パッケージで提供されます。
