NCS333 は高精度オペアンプで、超低入力オフセット電圧 (最大 10 µV)、時間/温度範囲でほぼゼロドリフトです。高精度、低静止電流で、高インピーダンス入力はコモンモード範囲 100 mV までレールを超えることができ、レール・ツー・レール出力振幅は 50 mV 以内です。NCS333 は 1.8 V ～ 5.5 V (デュアル電源では ±0.9 V ～ ±2.75 V) の広電源範囲です。NCS333 ファミリは、従来の相補入力段に関連するクロスオーバーがなく、卓越した CMRR を示します。この設計により、差動線形を劣化させることなくアナログ/デジタル・コンバータ (ADC) を駆動できる優れた性能を発揮します。NCS333 はコンパクトな SC70−5 および SOT23−5 パッケージで提供されます。動作の仕様は −40°C ～ +105°C です。NCV333 の車載認定バージョンは SOT23−5 で提供します。動作の仕様は −40°C～+125°C です。
