Overview

NCx5652 は、さまざまな出力段構成のある 2 電源オペアンプなので、従来のオペアンプで効率的なバイアシングやユーザ・チューニング、絶縁、電流モニタリングが可能です。統合フライバック・ダイオードにより、誘導負荷時のアンプを保護します。3.3 V という低さの電源電圧で動作する NCx5652 は、500 mA の電流を供給することができ、優れた出力振幅を維持しています。内蔵されたサーマル・シャットダウン回路で NCx5652 の過度な電力消費を防ぎます。デバイスを外部から監視するサーマル警告フラグを備え、システムのマイクロコントローラに柔軟なインタフェースを提供します。このオープンコレクタ・サーマル・フラグ出力は、-DISABLE 入力を兼ねていて、ユーザ制御下で両方のアンプ出力をトライステートにするために使用できます。12 ピン UDFN 3x3 mm パッケージは熱に強く、高密度 PCB に省スペースを実現しています。
