Overview

CAT5261 は 2 つのデジタル POT で、制御ロジックおよび 8 バイトの NVRAM メモリと統合されています。各デジタル POT は、外部アクセス可能な 2 つの終端間に接続された一連の抵抗素子で構成されています。各抵抗素子間のタップ・ポイントは、CMOS スイッチでワイパ出力に接続されます。別売の 8 ビット制御レジスタ (WCR) で各デジタル POT のワイパ・タップ・スイッチを個別に制御します。関連する各ワイパ制御レジスタは 4 ビット不揮発性メモリ・データ・レジスタ (DR) で、最大 4 つのワイパ設定の保存に使用されます。ワイパ制御レジスタまたは不揮発性データ・レジスタへの書き込みは SPI シリアル・バスを介します。電源投入時、ポテンショメータのそれぞれ最初のデータ・レジスタ (DR0) の内容は、各ワイパ制御レジスタに自動でロードされます。CAT5261 は、ポテンショメータまたは 2 端子可変抵抗器として使用できます。幅広いアプリケーションの回路レベルまたはシステム・レベルでの調整を意図しています。-40°C から 85°C の産業用動作温度範囲で利用できます。
