Overview

CAT24C164 は、16-kb CMOS カスケード可能シリアル EEPROM デバイスで、内部構成は 1 ページあたり 16 バイトの 128 ページであり、合計 2048x8 ビットです。このデバイスは Standard (100 kHz) と Fast (400 kHz) 両方の I2C プロトコルをサポートしています。開始アドレスを提供して、1 から 16 の連続バイトをページ書き込みバッファに読み込み、1 回の内部書き込みサイクルで全データを不揮発性メモリに書き込むことで、データが書き込まれます。データの読み込みは、開始アドレスを与えてデータをシリアルでシフトアウトし、その間に内部アドレス・カウントを自動インクリメントします。外部アドレス・ピンにより、同じバスで CAT24C164 デバイスには 8 つまで対応できます。
