CAT24C128 は 128 Kb シリアル CMOS EEPROM で、内部的には 1 ワードあたり 8 ビットの 16,384 ワードで編成されています。64 バイト・ページの書き込みバッファを特長としており、Standard (100 kHz)、Fast (400 kHz) および Fast-Plus (1 MHz) I2C プロトコルをサポートします。 このデバイスは、部分的および完全なメモリ・アレイ保護を提供するプログラム可能なソフトウェア書き込み保護を備えています。
