CAT24S64 は、ソフトウェア・ライト・プロテクトを備えた EEPROM シリアル 64 Kb I2C であり、内部的には 8192 ワード (1 ワードあたり 8 ビット) で編成されています。64 バイトのページ書き込みバッファを備え、標準 (100 kHz) 、高速 (400 kHz) 、Fast−Plus (1 MHz) の I2C プロトコルをサポートしています。このデバイスは、プログラミング可能なソフトウェア書き込み保護機能を備えており、部分的および完全なメモリ・アレイ保護を提供します。
