Overview

CAV93C46 は、車載グレード、1-Kb マイクロワイヤ・シリアル EEPROM メモリ・デバイスで、16 ビットのレジスタ (VCC の ORG ピン) 64 個または 8 ビットのレジスタ (GND の ORG ピン) 128 個のいずれかに構成されます。レジスタはそれぞれ、DI (または DO) ピンを使用して、シリアルに書き込む (または読み出す) ことができます。CAV93C46 には、オートクリア機能を備えた自己タイミング型の内部書き込み機能があります。オンチップ・パワーオン・リセット回路は、誤った状態での起動から、内部ロジックを保護します。このデバイスは、8 ピン SOIC および TSSOP パッケージで提供されます。
