Overview

CAV93C66 は車載グレード、4-Kb マイクロワイヤ・シリアル EEPROM デバイスで、16 ビットの 256 レジスタ (VCC の ORG ピン) または 8 ビットの 512 レジスタ (GND の ORG ピン) のいずれかに編成されます。レジスタはそれぞれ、DI (またはDO) ピンを使用して、シリアルに書き込む (または読み出す) ことができます。オートクリア機能を備えた順次読み込みと自己タイミング型の内部書き込み機能があります。オンチップ・パワーオン・リセット回路は、誤った状態での起動から、内部ロジックを保護します。
