Overview

CS8183 は、デュアル低ドロップアウト・トラッキング・レギュレータで、バッファされた調整可能な出力電圧を供給するよう設計されており、リファレンス入力を緊密に追跡 (± 110 mV) します。出力は最大 200 mA で、構成によりリファレンス電圧より高くすることも低くすることも、リファレンス電圧と同等にすることもできます。この出力は、広い範囲 (2.8 V ～ 45 V) で動作しながらも優れた DC 特性を維持するよう設計されています。CS8183 は、リバース・バッテリ状態、ショート状態、熱暴走状態から保護されます。45V のロード・ダンプ過渡や -50V の逆極性入力電圧過渡にも対応できます。これにより、車載環境での使用に適しています。VREF/ENABLE リードの目的は 2 つあります。入力電圧を出力のリファレンスとして供給するのに使用されます。また、LOW にプルされることでデバイスをスリープ・モードにします (電源から引き出されるのが公称 30µA 未満)。
