Overview

CS8221 は、非常に低い静止電流 (100 uA 負荷で標準 60 uA) の高精度 5 V、100 mA マイクロパワー電圧レギュレータです。5V 出力は +/-2% 以内の精度で、最大ドロップアウト電圧がわずか 600 mV で 100 mA の負荷電流を供給します。このレギュレータは、リバース・バッテリ、短絡、過電圧、過熱状態から保護されています。74 V のロード・ダンプ過渡に耐えられるため、車載環境に適しています。CS8221 は、LM2931 とのピン間互換性を持ちます。
