Overview

NCV4269C は 5.0 V 高精度マイクロパワー電圧レギュレータで、出力電流機能が 150 mA です。出力電圧の精度は ±2.0% で、100 mA での最大ドロップアウト電圧は 0.5 V です。低静止電流が特徴で、負荷 1.0 mA のときに導出されるのはわずか 125 µA です。あらゆる種類のすべてのバッテリ動作のマイクロプロセッサ機器に最適です。マイクロプロセッサ制御ロジックは、遅延および SI/SO モニタ機能搭載のアクティブ・リセット出力 RO で、リセット信号の可能性が高いマイクロプロセッサに早期警告信号を出力するために使用できます。SI/SO モニタの使用により、リセットでシャットダウンされる前に、マイクロプロセッサは信号処理を終了できます。アクティブ・リセット回路は 1.0 V の低い出力電圧で正常に動作します。リセット機能は出力電圧がレギュレーション限界を下回ると、パワー・アップ・シーケンス中、通常動作時にアクティブ化されます。リセット閾値電圧は RADJ リードに外部抵抗器ディバイダを接続することで低減できます。リバース・バッテリ状態、ショート状態、熱暴走状態から保護されています。ロード・ダンプ過渡に耐えられるため、車載環境に適しています。このデバイスは EMC 条件に最適化もされています。
