Overview

MC74HC4066A はシリコンゲート CMOS テクノロジを活用して、高速伝播遅延、低オン抵抗、低 OFF チャネル・リーク電流を実現します。このバイラテラル・スイッチ／マルチプレクサ／デマルチプレクサは、電源範囲 (VCC から GND まで) 全体にわたって変動するアナログ／デジタル電圧を制御します。HC4066A は、メタルゲート CMOS MC14016 および MC14066 のピンアウトと同等です。各デバイスに 4 つの独立したスイッチがあります。このデバイスは、入力電圧に対するオン抵抗 (RON) が、メタルゲート CMOS アナログ・スイッチの RON よりも直線的になるように設計されています。ON/OFF 制御入力は標準 CMOS 出力に準拠、プルアップ抵抗器があれば LSTTL 出力に準拠します。電圧レベル・トランスレータ搭載の アナログ・スイッチについては、HC4316A をご覧ください。
