Overview

カスタマイズされた車載用のこれらのデバイスは、標準の HC405x および MC1405xB アナログ mux/demux デバイスとピン互換ですが、注入電流効果制御を備えています。これにより、通常のロジック電圧を超える電圧が一般的な、車載アプリケーションでの使用に特に適しています。注入電流効果制御により、無効なアナログ入力チャネルの信号は、有効なアナログチャネルの信号に影響を与えることなく、供給電圧範囲を超えることができます。これにより、アナログ・チャネル信号を電源電圧範囲内に保つために通常使用される外部ダイオード/抵抗ネットワークが必要なくなります。これらのデバイスは、低電力シリコンゲート CMOS テクノロジを利用しています。チャネル・セレクト / イネーブル入力は標準 CMOS 出力に準拠します。

  • Injection Current Cross-Coupling Less than 1mV/mA (See Figure 9)
  • Pin Compatible to HC405X and MC1405XB Devices
  • Power Supply Range (VCC - GND) = 2.0 to 6.0 V
  • In Compliance With the Requirements of JEDEC Standard No. 7A
  • Chip Complexity: 154 FETs or 36 Equivalent Gates
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available*
