Overview

高性能シリコンゲート CMOS MC74VHC4051、MC74VHC4052、および MC74VHC4053 はシリコンゲート CMOS テクノロジーを活用して、高速伝播遅延、低 ON 抵抗、低 OFF リーク電流を実現します。これらのアナログ・マルチプレクサ／デマルチプレクサは、全電源範囲 (VCC から VEE まで) で変動するアナログ電圧を制御します。VHC4051、VHC4052、および VHC4053 のピンアウトは、高速 HC4051A、HC4052A、および HC4053A、メタルゲート MC14051B、MC14052B、MC14053B と同じです。チャネルセレクト入力では、どのアナログ入出力を (アナログ・スイッチによって) コモン出入力へ接続するかを決定します。イネーブル・ピンが HIGH になると、すべてのアナログ・スイッチがオフになります。チャネル選択およびイネーブル入力は標準 CMOS 出力に準拠、プルアップ抵抗器があれば LSTTL 出力に準拠します。これらのデバイスは、入力電圧に対するオン抵抗 (Ron) が、メタルゲート CMOS アナログ・スイッチの Ron よりも直線的になるように設計されています。

  • In Compliance With the Requirements of JEDEC Standard No. 7A
  • Chip Complexity:VHC4051 - 184 FETs or 46 Equivalent Gates; VHC4052 - 168 FETs or 42 Equivalent Gates; VHC4053 - 156 FETs or 39 Equivalent Gates
