Overview

MC74VHC4066 はシリコン・ゲート CMOS テクノロジを活用して、高速伝播遅延、低 ON 抵抗、低 OFF リーク電流を実現します。アナログ電源範囲 (VCC から GND まで) 全体にわたって変動するアナログ/デジタル電圧を制御します。VHC4066 のピンアウトはメタルゲート CMOS MC14066 および高速 CMOS HC4066A と同等です。各デバイスには 4 つの独立したスイッチがあります。このデバイスは、入力電圧に対するオン抵抗 (RON) が、メタルゲート CMOS アナログ・スイッチの RON よりも、はるかに直線的になるように設計されています。ON/OFF 制御入力は、標準 CMOS 出力との互換性を持ちます。プルアップ抵抗器がある場合は、LSTTL 出力と互換です。電圧レベル変換器を備えたアナログ・スイッチについては、VHC4316 を参照してください。

  • Analog Input Voltage Range (V CC - GND) = 2.0 to 12.0 Volts
  • Improved Linearity and Lower ON Resistance over Input Voltage than the MC14016 or MC14066
  • Low Noise
  • Chip Complexity: 44 FETs or 11 Equivalent Gates
