Overview

NLAS4051S は、サブミクロン・シリコン・ゲート CMOS 技術で製造された MC14051 および MC74HC4051 の改良版で、RDS(on) 抵抗が低く、低電力での線形が改善されています。 このデバイスは、シングル電源でもデュアル電源でも最大 +/-3.0V で動作して、結合キャパシタなしで 6.0V Vpp 信号を通します。 単電源モードで動作する場合は、VEE、ピン 7 をグランドに接続するだけです。 デュアル電源動作で、VEE は最大定格を超過しないように負電圧に接続されます。
