Overview

NLAS4717 は、サブミクロン・シリコン・ゲート CMOS 技術で製造された、高性能な CMOS アナログ・スイッチです。 これは独立したデュアル・シングルポール・ダブルスロー (SPDT) スイッチで、3.0V で 4.5 の 2 つの低 RON が特徴です。また、スイッチが絶対にドライバを短絡しないようにするため、ブレイクビフォアメイク・スイッチングを保証しています。NLAS4717 は、はんだバンプが 4 x 3 で並べられた 2.0 x 1.5 mm のバンプ・ダイ・アレイで提供されます。 はんだバンプの間隔は 0.5 mm と扱いやすくなっています。
