Overview

NLAS5223B はサブミクロン・シリコンゲート CMOS 技術で製造された高性能な CMOS アナログ・スイッチです。このデバイスは独立したデュアル・シングルポール・ダブルスロー (SPDT) スイッチで、RON が極めて低く、VCC = 3.0 V で 0.5 Ohm です。 また、スイッチが絶対にドライバを短絡しないようにするため、ブレイクビフォアメイク (BBM) スイッチングを保証しています。
