Overview

NLAST4051 は、サブミクロン・シリコン・ゲート CMOS 技術で製造された MC14051 および MC74HC4051 の改良版で、RDS(on) 抵抗が低く、低電力での線形が改善されています。このデバイスは、シングル電源でもデュアル電源でも最大 +/-3 V で動作して、キャパシタを結合しないで 6 VPP 信号を通します。単電源モードで動作する場合は、VEE、ピン 7 をグランドに接続するだけです。デュアル電源動作で、VEE は最大定格を超過しないように負電圧に接続されます。変換はデバイスで提供され、アドレスおよび抑止は標準の TTL レベル互換です。CMOS 互換性については、NLAS4051 を参照してください。「4051」の業界標準バージョンすべてとピン間互換です。

    - Greatly Improved Noise Margin Over MAX4051 and MAX4051A
    - True TTL Compatibility VIL = 0.8 V, VIH = 2.0 V
  • Improved Linearity Over Standard HC4051 Devices
