Overview

NLX2G66 は、デュアル・ポール、シングル・スロー (SPST) アナログ・スイッチ / デジタル・マルチプレクサです。このシングル・電源電圧 IC はサブシリコン CMOS テクノロジで設計されていて、低伝播遅延 (tpd) およびオン抵抗 (RON) を提供しながら、低電力消費を維持しています。このバイラテラル・スイッチは、アナログ信号でもデジタル信号でも使用でき、電源範囲 (VCC から GND まで) 全体にわたって変動します。
