Overview

NS5A4684S はサブミクロン・シリコンゲート CMOS 技術で製造された高性能な CMOS アナログ・スイッチです。このデバイスは独立したデュアル・シングル・ポール ダブル・スロー (SPDT) スイッチで、RON が極めて低く、0.6 Ω です。また、スイッチが絶対にドライバを短絡しないようにするため、ブレーク・ビフォア・メーク (BBM) スイッチングを保証しています。
