Overview

MC14569B は、モノリシック構造の MOS P チャネルおよび N チャネル・エンハンスメントモード・デバイス (相補型 MOS) で構成された、プログラミング可能な N 分周デュアル 4 ビット・バイナリまたは BCD ダウン・カウンタです。このデバイスは、MC14568B フェーズ・コンパレータ/カウンタとの組み合わせで、周波数シンセサイザ、フェーズロック・ループ、その他の低電力消費や高ノイズ耐量が求められる周波数分割アプリケーション向けに設計されています。
