Overview

MC74AC4040 は、12 個のマスター／スレーブ・フリップフロップで構成されます。各フリップフロップの出力は次を供給し、各出力の周波数は前の出力の周波数の半分になります。カウンタの状態は、クロック入力の負方向エッジで進みます。リセットは非同期で、アクティブ HIGH です。内部リップル遅延のため、Q 出力の状態変化は同時に発生しません。したがって、デコードされた出力信号はデコード・スパイクを受けやすく、一部の設計では、MC74AC4040 のクロックでゲートすることが必要な場合もあります。
