Overview

MC14503B は、3 ステート出力を備えた HEX 非反転バッファであり、高電流ソースおよびシンク機能を備えています。3 ステート出力は、一般的なバス・アプリケーションで役立ちます。2 つのディスエーブル制御が提供されています。ディスエーブル A 入力が高レベルになると、バッファ 1 〜 4 の出力が高インピーダンス状態になり、ディスエーブル B 入力が高レベルになると、バッファ 5 と 6 の出力が高インピーダンス状態になります。
