Overview

MC74VHC50 は高度な高速 CMOS バッファであり、シリコン・ゲート CMOS テクノロジーで製造されています。CMOS の低電力消費を維持したまま、同等のバイポーラ・ショットキー TTL と同じ高速動作を実現します。内部回路は、高ノイズ耐量と安定出力を実現するバッファ出力を含む、3 つの段から成ります。入力は最大 7V まで耐えることができ、5V システムから 3V システムへのインタフェースが可能です。

  • High Speed: tPD = 3.8ns (Typ) at VCC = 5V
  • Low Power Dissipation: ICC = 2mA (Max) at TA = 25°C
  • High Noise Immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC
  • Power Down Protection Provided on Inputs
  • Balanced Propagation Delays
  • Designed for 2V to 5.5V Operating Range
  • Low Noise: VOLP = 0.8V (Max)
  • Latchup Performance Exceeds 300mA
