NLX3G14 MiniGate は、超小型フットプリントの、先進の高速 CMOS トリプル・シュミット・トリガ・インバータです。NLX3G14 の入力および出力構造により、最大 7.0 V の電圧が印加された場合にも、電源電圧に関係なく保護されます。NLX3G14 は、ノイズ耐量を引き上げたり、ゆっくり変化する波形を整形したりするのに使用できます。
