Overview

高性能シリコン・ゲート CMOS。MC74HCT273A は TTL または NMOS 出力を高速 CMOS 入力にインタフェースするレベル・コンバータとして使用できます。HCT273A のピンアウトは LS273 と同等です。このデバイスは共通クロックとリセット入力を備えた 8 つの D フリップフロップで構成されています。各フリップフロップは、クロック入力の LOW から HIGH への遷移で負荷をかけられます。リセットは非同期で、アクティブ LOW です。

  • Output Drive Capability: 10 LSTTL Loads
  • TTL/NMOS Compatible Input Levels
  • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS and TTL
  • Operating Voltage Range: 4.5 to 5.5 V
  • Low Input Current: 1.0 µA
  • In Compliance with the Requirements Defined by JEDEC Standard No. 7A
  • Chip Complexity: 284 FETs or 71 Equivalent Gates
