Overview

MM74HCT273 は、高度なシリコンゲート CMOS 技術を利用します。LS-TTL に似た入力閾値と出力ドライブを備え、CMOS の低スタンバイ電力を備えています。これらのポジティブ・エッジ・トリガ・フリップフロップは、共通のクロックとクリアに依存しない Q 出力を備えています。セットアップおよびホールド時間が指定されている D 入力のデータは、クロック・パルスの正方向の遷移時に、対応する Q 出力に転送されます。非同期クリアは、LOW のときにすべての出力を強制的に LOW にします。このデバイスへのすべての入力は静電放電による損傷からダイオードによって VCC とグランドへ保護されます。MM74HCT デバイスは、TTL および NMOS コンポーネントと CMOS コンポーネントの間のインタフェースを目的としています。これらの部品をプラグインの代替品として使用すると、既存の設計でシステムの電力消費を削減できます。
