Overview

高性能シリコン・ゲート CMOS MC74HCT573A のピンアウトは LS573 と同等です。このデバイスは TTL または NMOS 出力を高速 CMOS 入力にインタフェースするレベル・コンバータとして使用できます。これらのラッチは、ラッチ・イネーブルが HIGH の時、データに対してトランスペアレントになります (例えば、出力が非同期的に変化する)。ラッチ・イネーブルが LOW になると、セットアップを満たすデータおよびホールド時間がラッチされます。出力イネーブル入力はラッチの状態に影響を及ぼしませんが、出力イネーブルが HIGH になると、すべてのデバイス出力が強制的に高インピーダンス状態になります。したがって、データは出力が有効でなくてもラッチできます。HCT573A は HCT373A と機能的に同等ですが、パッケージの反対側に出力からのデータ入力があり、PC ボードのレイアウトが簡単になります。
