MC74VHC259 はシリコンゲート CMOS 技術で製造された 8 ビット・アドレス指定可能ラッチです。CMOS の低電力消費を維持したまま、同等のバイポーラ・ショットキー TTL と同じ高速動作を実現します。内部回路は、高ノイズ耐量と安定出力を実現するバッファ出力を含む、3 つの段から成ります。VHC259 はデジタル・システムの汎用ストレージ・アプリケーション向けに設計されています。モード選択表で示すように、このデバイスには 4 つの動作モードがあります。アドレス指定可能ラッチモードでは、Data In のデータがアドレス指定されたラッチに書き込まれます。アドレス指定ラッチは、データ入力をフォローし、アドレス指定されていないラッチはすべて直前の状態のままです。メモリ・モードでは、すべてのラッチが直前の状態のままで、 データ入力またはアドレス入力に影響されません。1/8 デコーディングまたはデマルチプレクシング・モードでは、アドレス指定された出力は、Data In の状態をフォローし、他の出力はすべて LOW 状態のままです。リセット・モードでは、すべての出力が LOW で、アドレスおよびデータ入力に影響されません。VHC259 をアドレス指定可能ラッチとして動作させているとき、1 ビットを超えてアドレスを変更すると、不適切な過渡アドレスになる可能性があります。そのため、これはメモリ・モード時にのみ実施してください。MC74VHC259 の入力構造により、最大 7 V の電圧が印加された場合にも、電源電圧に関係なく保護されます。これにより、MC74VHC259 を使用して 5 V 回路から 3 V 回路へのインタフェースが可能です。

  • Pin and Function Compatible with Other Standard Logic Families
  • Latchup Performance Exceeds 300 mA
  • ESD Performance: HBM > 2000 V
