Overview

MC14504Bは16進非反転レベル・シフタで、CMOSテクノロジーを使用します。CMOS電源電圧5～15 Vで、TTL信号をCMOSロジック・レベルにシフトします。また、制御入力では、1つのロジック・レベルから別のロジック・レベルでCMOSからCMOSへのインターフェースを許可します。アップとダウンのいずれかのレベルのトランスレーションが、電源レベルVDDとVCCを選択することで達成できます。VCCレベルでは入力信号レベルを設定し、VDDでは出力電圧レベルを選択します。

  • UP Translates from a Low to a High Voltage or DOWN Translates from a High to a Low Voltage
  • Input Threshold Can Be Shifted for TTL Compatibility
  • No Sequencing Required on Power Supplies or Inputs for Power Up or Power Down
  • 3 to 18 Vdc Operation for VDD and VCC
  • Diode Protected Inputs to VSS
  • Capable of Driving Two Low-Power TTL Loads or One Low-Power Schottky TTL Load Over the Rated Temperature Range
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available*
