Overview

NLSV2T244 は、2 ビットのコンフィギュラブルな 2 電源電圧レベル・トランスレータです。入力 An および出力 Bn ポートはそれぞれ 2 つの異なる電源レール VCCA と VCCB を追跡するように設計されています。両方の電源レールは 0.9 V 〜 4.5 V で構成可能で、入力 An ポートから出力 Bn ポートへのユニバーサル低電圧変換が可能です。

  • Mobile Phones, PDAs, Other Portable Devices
  • Wide VCCA and VCCB Operating Range: 0.9 V to 4.5 V
  • High-Speed w/ Balanced Propagation Delay
  • Inputs and Outputs have OVT Protection to 4.5 V
  • Non-preferential VCCA and VCCB Sequencing
  • Outputs at 3-State until Active VCC is Reached
  • Power-Off Protection
  • Outputs Switch to 3-State with VCCB at GND
  • Ultra-Small Packaging: 1.8 mm x 1.2 mm UDFN8
  • This is a Pb-Free Device
