Overview

NLSX4302E は 2 ビット構成可能デュアル電源双方向自動感知トランスレータで、双方向制御ピンは不要です。 VCC I/O および VL IO ポートはそれぞれ 2 つの異なる電源レール VCC と VL を追跡するように設計されています。VCC と VL の両方の電源ｒエールは、1.5 V から 5.5 V まで構成可能です。このため、VL 側の電圧ロジック信号を VCC 側の電圧ロジック信号より低くしたり、高くしたり、または同じ値にしたりでき、逆もまた同様になります。NLSX4302E トランスレータは I/O ラインに外部プルアップ抵抗器を使用します。外部プルアップ抵抗器で I/O ラインを VL か VCC のいずれかにプルアップします。NLSX4302E は I2C 通信バスのようなオープン・ドレイン・アプリケーションに最適です。

  • High Speed with 20 Mb/s Guaranteed Date Rate

  • Enable Input and I/O Pins are Overvoltage Tolerant (OVT) to 5.5 V
