Overview

NLVVHC1GU04 は、高度なシリコン・ゲート CMOS 技術で製造された高性能な高速 CMOS バッファなしインバータです。このデバイスは単一のバッファなしインバータで構成されています。他のデバイスと組み合わせる、または NLVVHCU04 HEX バッファなしインバータに収納すれば、これらのデバイスは、共振器、パルス整形器など、高入力インピーダンス・アンプを必要とするアプリケーションでの使用に最適です。デジタル・アプリケーションには、NLVVHC1G04 または NLVVHC04 をお勧めします。内部回路は、高ノイズ耐量と安定出力を実現するバッファ出力を含む、3 つの段から成ります。NLVVHC1GU04 の入力構造により、最大 7 V の電圧が印加された場合にも、電源電圧に関係なく保護されます。これにより、NLVVHC1GU04 を使用して 5 V 回路から 3 V 回路へのインタフェースが可能です。
