Overview

MC14555B および MC14556B は、相補型 MOS (CMOS) エンハンスメントモード・デバイスで構築されます。各デコーダ／デマルチプレクサには、2 つの選択入力 (A と B)、アクティブ低イネーブル入力 (E)、および 4 つの相互排他出力 (Q0、Q1、Q2、Q3) があります。MC14555B では、選択した出力が「high」状態になり、MC14556B では選択した出力が「low」状態になります。バイナリ - 16 進 (1/16) などの拡張デコーディングは、他の MC14555B または MC14556B デバイスを使用すると実現できます。アプリケーションには、デジタル・データ伝送システムでのコード変換、アドレス・デコーディング、メモリ選択制御、デマルチプレクシング (データ入力としてイネーブル入力を使用) などがあります。
