Overview

MC74HC4067A はシリコンゲート CMOS テクノロジを活用して、高速伝播遅延、低オン抵抗、低オフ・チャネル・リーク電流を実現します。電源範囲 (VCC から GND まで) 全体にわたって変動するアナログ/デジタル電圧を制御します。ON/OFF 制御入力は標準 CMOS 出力に準拠、プルアップ抵抗器があれば LSTTL 出力に準拠します。電圧レベル・トランスレータ付きアナログ・スイッチについては、HC4316A を参照してください。
