Overview

MC74VHC157 は、シリコンゲート CMOS 技術で製造された、先進の高速 CMOS クワッド 2 チャネル・マルチプレクサです。CMOS 低電力消費を維持したまま、同等のバイポーラ・ショットキー TTL と同じ高速動作を実現します。コモン選択 (S) とイネーブル入力 (E) を備えた 4 つの 2 入力マルチプレクサで構成されています。Ebar 入力が「High」にホールドされると、データの選択は禁止され、出力はすべて「Low」になります。選択デコーディングは A と B のどちらの入力を、対応する Y 出力に送るかを決定します。内部回路は、高ノイズ耐量と安定出力を実現するバッファ出力を含む、3 つの段から成ります。入力は最大 7V まで耐えることができ、5V システムから 3V システムへのインタフェースが可能です。

  • Low Power Dissipation: ICC = 4mA (Max) at TA = 25°C
  • High Noise Immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC
  • Power Down Protection Provided on Inputs
  • Balanced Propagation Delays
  • Designed for 2V to 5.5V Operating Range
  • Low Noise: VOLP = 0.8V (Max)
  • Pin and Function Compatible with Other Standard Logic Families
  • Latchup Performance Exceeds 300mA
  • ESD Performance: HBM > 2000V; Machine Model > 200V
  • Chip Complexity: 82 FETs or 20 Equivalent Gates
