Overview

MC10EL/100EL32 は統合 2 分周ディバイダです。差動クロック入力および VBB により、デバイスへの差動、シングルエンドまたは AC 結合インタフェースを可能にします。使用する場合、VBB 出力は 0.01 F キャパシタ経由でグランドへバイパスしてください。また、VBB は EL32 専用の入力バイアスとして使用されるように設計されていて、VBB 出力は電流シンクおよびソースの能力を制限していますので、ご注意ください。リセット・ピンは非同期で、立ち上がりエッジでアサートされます。電源起動時、内部フリップフロップはランダム状態に達するため、リセットによりシステム内の複数の EL32 の同期が可能です。100 シリーズには温度補償があります。

  • PECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 4.2 V to 5.7 V with VEE= 0 V
  • NECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 0 V with VEE= -4.2 V to -5.7 V
  • Internal Input Pulldown Resistors on CLK(s) and R.
  • Meets or Exceeds JEDEC Spec EIA/JESD78 IC Latchup Test
  • Moisture Sensitivity Level 1
