Overview

MC12080 は単係数の 10、20、40、80 分割プリスケーラで、1.1 GHz の高周波入力信号による低電力周波数分割に向けています。分割率制御入力 SW1/SW2/SW3 で、要求される分割率 10、20、40、80 から選択します。出力を終端するために、外部負荷抵抗器が必要です。負荷を 8.0 pF として、入力信号 1.1 GHz を最小の分割率 10 で分割する場合、1.2 Vpp 出力振幅に達するには、820 Ohm 抵抗器が推奨されます。出力電流は、出力周波数、駆動される容量性負荷、要求される出力電圧振幅などの状態によって最小化できます。負荷抵抗器の標準値は、入力信号 1.1 GHz でのさまざまな分割率について、Vout 仕様に含まれています。
