Overview

NB7L1008M は高性能な差動 1:8 クロック/データ・ファンアウト・バッファです。NB7L1008M は、クロックまたはデータの LVPECL 出力とまったく同一のコピーを 8 つ作成します。クロックのコピーは最大 6 GHz で、データのコピーは最大 10.7 Gb/s で動作します。したがって、NB7L1008M は、SONET、GigE、ファイバ・チャネル、バックプレーンなどのクロック/データ分散アプリケーションに最適です。差動入力は、VT ピン経由でアクセス可能な 50 Ω 終端抵抗を内蔵します。このため、NB7L1008M は、LVPECL、CML、LVDS、LVCMOS、LVTTL ロジックレベルなど、さまざまなロジック標準を受け付けられます。VREFAC リファレンス出力は、キャパシタ結合された差動/シングルエンド入力信号の再バイアスに使用できます。1:8 ファンアウト設計は、低出力スキュー・アプリケーション向けに最適化されました。NB7L1008M は高性能クロック製品 ECLinPS MAX ファミリのメンバです。
