Overview

MC10EL/100EL11 は差動 1:2 ファンアウト・バッファです。このデバイスはピンで、より高い性能を持つ E111 デバイスと機能的には同じです。デバイス内スキューがあり、E111 よりも出力遷移時間が大幅に改善された EL11 は、最高の AC 性能を必要とするアプリケーションに最適です。EL11 の差動入力はクランピング回路を採用してオープン入力状態での安定性を維持しています。この入力がオープンのままになると (VEE にプルされて) の場合、Q 出力は LOW になります。100 シリーズには温度補償があります。

  • 265ps Propagation Delay
  • 5ps Skew Between Outputs
  • ESD Protection: > 1 KV HBM, > 100 V MM
  • PECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 4.2 V to 5.7 with VEE= 0 V
  • NECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 0 V with VEE= -4.2 V to -5.7 V
  • Internal Input Pulldown Resistors
  • Meets or Exceeds JEDEC Spec EIA/JESD78 IC Latchup Test
  • Moisture Sensitivity Level 1

  • Flammability Rating: UL-94 code V-0 @ 1/8", Oxygen Index 28 to 34
