Overview

MC10EL/100EL15 は、低スキュー 1:4 クロック分散チップで、低スキュー・クロック分散アプリケーション向けに明示的に設計されています。このデバイスは差動またはシングルエンド ECL で駆動できますし、正電源を使用する場合、PECL 入力信号でも駆動できます。シングルエンド入力を使用する場合、VBB 出力を CLK 入力に接続し、0.01 F キャパシタを介してグランドへバイパスする必要があります。VBB 出力は、シングルエンド入力条件で、EL15 の入力のスイッチング・リファレンスとして動作するように設計されています。そのため、このピンが、ソース／シンクできる電流は最大 0.5mA です。EL15 は、高速システム・クロックとともに低速スキャンまたはテスト・クロックの分散を可能にする多重化されたクロック入力が特長です。LOW になると (またはオープンのままで入力プルダウン抵抗により LOW にプルされる)、SEL ピンは差動クロック入力を選択します。コモン・イネーブル (ENbar) は、出力がすでに LOW 状態の時にのみ、その出力が有効化/無効化されるように同期します。これにより、デバイスが有効化/無効化される時、非同期制御により発生する可能性のあるラント・クロック・パルスが生成されないようにします。内部フリップフロップは入力クロックの立下りエッジでクロックされるため、すべての関連する仕様限界はクロック入力の負エッジにリファレンスされます。100 シリーズには温度補償があります。
