Overview

MC10EL/100EL16 は差動レシーバです。このデバイスはより高い性能を持つ E116 デバイスと機能的には同等です。出力遷移時間が E116 よりも大幅に短い EL16 は、高周波数電源とのインタフェースに最適です。内部的に生成された電圧源である VBB ピンは、このデバイスでのみ使用できます。シングルエンド入力状態では、使用されていない差動入力は、スイッチング・リファレンス電圧として VBB に接続されます。また、VBB は AC 結合入力を再バイアスすることもできます。使用する場合は、0.01 F キャパシタ経由で VBB と VCC の結合を解除し、電流のソースまたはシンクを 0.5 mA に制限します。使用しない場合は、VBB は必ずオープンのままにします。オープン入力状態で (VEE にプルされて)、内部入力クランプは Q 出力を強制的に LOW にします。100 シリーズには温度補償があります。

  • 190 ps Propagation Delay
  • ESD Protection: > 1 KV HBM, > 100 V MM
  • PECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 4.2 V to 5.7 V with VEE= 0 V
  • NECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 0 V with VEE= -4.2 V to -5.7 V
  • Internal Input Pulldown Resistors
  • Meets or Exceeds JEDEC Spec EIA/JESD78 IC Latchup Test
  • Moisture Sensitivity Level 1
