Overview

EP16VA は世界クラスの差動レシーバ/ドライバです。このデバイスは EP16 および LVEP16 デバイスと機能的には同等ですが、ハイ・ゲイン出力です。QHG および QHGbar 出力は EP16 の DC ゲインよりも数倍大きい DC ゲインがあります。内部生成電圧源である VBB ピンは、このデバイスでのみ使用できます。シングルエンド入力状態では、使用されていない差動入力は、スイッチング・リファレンス電圧として VBB に接続されます。また、VBB が AC 結合入力を再バイアスすることもできます。使用する場合は、0.01 µF キャパシタを介して VBB と VCC の結合を解除し、電流のソースまたはシンクを 0.5 mA に制限します。使用しない場合は、VBB は必ずオープンのままにします。オープン入力状態で (VEE にプルされて)、内部入力クランプは QHG 出力を強制的に LOW にします。無信号状態で差動入力が不安定にならないように特別な配慮が必要です。100 シリーズには温度補償があります。

  • Maximum Frequency > 3 GHz Typical
  • PECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 3.0 V to 5.5 V with VEE= 0 V
  • NECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 0 V with VEE= - 3.0 V to - 5.5 V
  • Open Input Default State
  • VBB Output
