Overview

MC10EL/100EL89 は、同軸ケーブル駆動用に特別に設計された差動ファンアウト・ゲートです。このデバイスは、デジタル・ビデオ・ブロードキャスト・アプリケーションで特に便利です。このアプリケーションでは、システムに極性がないため、各出力を独立したドライバとして使用できます。ドライバは約 40 のゲインを誇り、標準 ECL 出力の 2 倍の出力スイングを生成します。同軸ケーブルを駆動する場合、信号損失を最小化するために、ラインの両端で適切な終端が必要です。1.6 V 出力スイングは、ケーブルの受信側で必要な 800 mV スイングを維持しながら、ケーブルの両端での終端を可能にします。出力スイングが大きいため、このデバイスを標準の -2.0 V に終端することはできません。すべての DC パラメータは 50 Ω ～ -3.0V 負荷でテストされています。このドライバは、標準差動 ECL 入力を受け付け、デジタル・ビデオ・ブロードキャスト標準の -5.0 V 電源を排出します。

  • Meets or Exceeds JEDEC Spec EIA/JESD78 IC Latchup Test
  • Moisture Sensitivity Level 1
