Overview

NB4L16M は、差動ドライバ/レシーバ/バッファ/トランスレータで、LVPECL、LVDS、CML、LVCMOS/LVTTL を受け付けて、400 mV CML 出力を生成することができます。 このデバイスは、3x3 mm 16 ピン QFN パッケージで提供されます。差動入力は 50 Ω 終端抵抗を内蔵し、LVPECL (ポジティブ ECL)、LVTTL/LVCMOS、CML、または LVDS を受け付けます。差動 16mA CML 出力は、レシーバが 50 Ω で VCC に外部終端されると、内部 50 Ω 終端および 400mV 出力スイングに整合します。これらの機能により、レシーバおよびドライバで外付け部品を削減する伝送ライン終端をオンチップで提供します。内部生成電圧源である VBB は、このデバイスでのみ使用できます。 シングルエンド入力構成では、使用されていない相補型差動入力は、スイッチング・リファレンス電圧として VBB に接続されます。 VBB リファレンス出力を使用して、差動またはシングル・エンド出力信号を結合したキャパシタを再バイアスすることもできます。入力信号を結合したキャパシタでは、VBB を VTD ピンに接続し、0.01 µF キャパシタを介してグランドにバイパスさせてください。使用しない場合は、VBB は必ずオープンのままにします。

  • Functionally Compatible with Existing 2.5 V / 3.3 V LVEL, LVEP, EP, and SG Devices
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available
