Overview

NBA3N011S は低電力および高データ・レート・アプリケーション向けの低電圧差動信号伝達 (LVDS) ドライバです。このデバイスは、LVCMOS/TTL 入力を受け付けて、それを LVDS に変換し、400 Mbps (200 MHz) より高いデータ・レートをサポートするように設計されています。ドライバは、標準出力振幅 350 mV で低 EMI を実現します。このデバイスは、コンパニオン・シングル・ライン・レシーバの NBA3N012C とも、それ以外の高速 LVDS インタフェース向けの LVDS レシーバともペアリングできます。LVDS 出力は、3.5 mA (標準) 電流モード・ドライバとして設計され、高周波数でも電力消費を低くできます。NBA3N011S は、5 リード SOT23 パッケージで提供され、3000 ピースのテープ & リールで出荷します。
