Overview

MC100LVEL51 はリセット機能付きの差動クロック D フリップフロップです。このデバイスは EL51 デバイスと機能的に同等ですが、3.3 V 電源で動作します。EL51 と伝播遅延と出力遷移時間が同等の LVEL51 は、3.3 V VCC で最高の AC 性能を必要とするアプリケーションに最適です。リセット入力は、非同期のレベル・トリガ信号です。クロックが LOW の場合、データはフリップフロップのマスタ部分に入力され、クロックの正の遷移時にスレーブ、つまり出力に転送されます。LVEL51 の差動クロック入力により、このデバイスは負エッジ・トリガされるフリップフロップとしても使用できます。差動入力はクランプ回路を採用してオープン入力状態での安定性を維持しています。オープンのままにすると、CLK 入力は VEE にプルダウンされ、CLKbar 入力は VCC/2 にバイアスされます。
