Overview

MC10EL/100EL52 は、差動データであり、リセット機能付きの差動クロック D フリップフロップです。このデバイスはピンで、より高い性能を持つ E452 デバイスと機能的には同等です。E452 よりも伝播遅延と出力遷移時間が大幅に短い EL52 は、最高の AC 性能を必要とするアプリケーションに最適です。クロックが LOW の場合、データはフリップフロップのマスタ部分に入力され、クロックの正の遷移時にスレーブ、つまり出力に転送されます。EL52 の差動クロック入力により、このデバイスは負エッジ・トリガされるデバイスとしても使用できます。EL52 は入力クランプ回路を採用しているため、オープン入力状態 (VEE にプルダウン) でデバイスの出力は安定したままになります。100 シリーズには温度補償があります。

  • ESD Protection: > 1 KV HBM, > 100 V MM
  • PECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 4.2 V to 5.7 V with VEE= 0 V
  • NECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 0 V with VEE= -4.2 V to -5.7 V
  • Internal Input Pulldown Resistors on D and CLK
  • Meets or Exceeds JEDEC Spec EIA/JESD78 IC Latchup Test
  • Moisture Sensitivity Level 1
